By accessing or using aimusicchecker.org, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms from third-party platforms or services may also apply to content or links you choose to use.

The service is operated by FLAQ TECH PTE. LTD., 112 Robinson Road, #03-01, Robinson 112, Singapore 068902. We may improve, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue a tool or feature when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development. Free availability does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or support for every file and browser.

You may use the public tools for lawful personal, educational, creative, research, and commercial workflows, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may not bypass security, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that disrupts service, reverse engineer protected systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the site to facilitate fraud, infringement, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.

You retain any rights you hold in audio you select or submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload, analyze, convert, download, and otherwise use that audio. Do not process confidential, illegally obtained, or rights-infringing material. Your use of a tool does not transfer ownership to us, grant you rights in third-party music, or resolve licensing obligations.

AI music checking returns an automated probability or signal based on available audio and model behavior. Results may contain false positives or false negatives and are not proof of authorship, human involvement, copyright ownership, infringement, fraud, or compliance with a platform's rules. Use results as one informational input and obtain qualified technical or legal review when a decision has significant consequences.

Browser-based MIDI tools estimate notes, timing, duration, and related events from audible content. Results depend on arrangement density, recording quality, effects, percussion, overlapping instruments, browser support, and model limitations. A MIDI file may omit notes or add incorrect events and is not a reconstruction of the original recording session. Review and edit output before relying on it.

The site design, software, branding, explanatory content, and other materials supplied by us are owned by FLAQ TECH PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms provide a limited, revocable right to use the public service; they do not permit copying the site, reselling access, removing notices, or using our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement.

The site may link to MusicMaker.im, providers, advertisers, or other third-party destinations and may display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control every third-party service, offer, statement, availability, or privacy practice. A link or advertisement does not by itself mean that we endorse all claims made by its destination. Review applicable terms and policies before using an external service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by any platform, court, rights holder, or professional reviewer. Nothing on the site is legal, forensic, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLAQ TECH PTE. LTD. and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, reputation, opportunity, or rights arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only as permitted.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe use creates security, legal, operational, or rights-related risk. We may update these Terms to reflect service, law, provider, or business changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect indicates acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different notice or consent process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
